Description

This particulate Don Flores lot is the variety known as yellow caturra. Standard red caturra is common, but occasionally a mutation results in yellow fruit. This coffee really blew us away, with so many layers of stonefruit. In our brews and cuppings we notice articulate fresh peach and cherry notes, morphing into notes more reminiscent of fancy Luxardo cherries and summery peach cobbler. These vibrant notes point to quality and clean processing.
