Description
This natural Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from Chelchele is a great representation of the traditional flavors of this region. Wonderfully aromatic in the cup, your first sip will be of a medium-light bodied consistency with fruit forward notes of blueberry. Sweet vanilla flavors round out with a black tea finish with medium acidity similar to that of a natural blueberry. This coffee mellows out and more of the milk chocolate presents as the coffee cools. Extremely fun coffee and a must try if you enjoy ethiopian coffees from this region.
